There is an environmental transformation project going on in my locality affecting my view. The benefits dont seem to outweigh the present distress we are facing at the moment – Sometimes i think its the same with change management and product delivery
What its all about – My View?
I live in Southeast London in an area undergoing regeneration and improvements. My window is cluttered with machinery at the moment. Peabody is doing an awesome work but I still have my reservations with the works.
I am presently undergoing inconveniences, noises from machinery, access challenges and pretty much all the works
I don’t enjoy the scene from my window and wish it could stop. I would really love to have things the way they were.
Is change possible without human interaction?
